
I designed and implemented the UX/UI for Evelina Kreative, an AI-driven fashion copy agency. With a limited budget, I worked closely with Evelina to create a website that reflects her transition from freelancer to agency owner. The goal was to showcase her services and attract fashion entrepreneurs.

Evelina is the owner and Creative Director of Evelina Kreative. In her agency, she focus on helping fashion entrepreneurs with their copy needs using the newest technologies.
Objective
Develop a website that showcases Evelina’s portfolio and services to attract fashion entrepreneurs.

1. Discovery
Evelina was rebranding her work and launching a new agency. As part of this project, her resources were limited: we decided to conduct some of the design work together and launch as fast as possible in order to get feedback ASAP.
During this phase, we conducted a competitors analysis, made proto-personas, defined key user journey,s and made some first ideas for the structure (sitemap and content structure)

Competitor Analysis:
With Evelina, we look into her main competitors. We could not find anyone that work on the same way and had the same target, making us to get creative and understand her market with another pair of glasses.
Making this analysis was a key step for understanding her strengths and weaknesses while processing how to present her work.

2. Define
During this phase, we aligned Evelina's expectations with the market and the knowledge we collected from the discovery phase.
We worked mainly with wireframes and thought about how to create the website's structure. Since Evelina is the queen of content, she was hands-on into brainstorming and proposing solutions

3. Develop
During this phase I proposed several mockups following Evelina Kreative’s branding. I adapted their brand into a digital piece and worked together with the agency to understand and iterate on the content and image.
We conducted 7 user tests, collected the feedback, and made iterations over it.

High-fidelity mockups, Interactive prototype, User Testing Feedback

Result
Based on the feedback received, we made a new iteration and agreed on a final version. To develop the website, used a service provider she was already a client of. As a result, some interactions needed to be adapted to this new platform
